I had my first cup of the Cafe Noel roast this morning and I am in LOVE!! Rich and smooth, “liquid candy bar” is an appropriate description! (I ground my beans fine, and brewed in a moka pot. Perfection!)

The Rubicon Espresso is the best coffee I have found in the USA. And I have been around the world, often searching for awesome coffee. I don't know how they do it, but its great. I could go into details of luscious feel, richness, finish etc. etc. but it won't replace just trying it. This is the only brew we buy now.
I stumbled upon J Brooks when visiting Memphis a couple of years ago with friends. We all enjoyed it so much, one friend sent coffee to everyone for birthdays that year. I have been ordering from them ever since - the coffee is fresh, and seriously consistently good. Highly recommend their coffee, and they also happen to have great customer service! =)

The Onyx blend is perfectly roasted to bring out the bold flavor. Additionally, it seems that the decaffeinating process has not affected the flavor as well.
Been with J. Brooks for a number of years. Always fresh and consistent beans and graduated to purchasing the 5lb bag. Hated to see the price increase but the quality is worth it. Coffee on JB!
Gallant (Roast Level Dark & Bold) Mixed with Spirit of Memphis (Roast Level Medium & Smooth). I love this 50/50 combo, just a rich flavor that helps get your day started. I've tried multiple flavors at J. Brooks but this combo is my favorite by far.
