I discovered Onyx at Sunrise Memphis while on a trip a few years ago. This is my absolute favorite coffee. It is the perfect dark coffee with a balanced flavor. I've tried many other brands, and I will keep buying this one as long as it's available.

We use a Coffee Toddy to brew our coarse ground. Always wonderful!

I stumbled upon J Brooks when visiting Memphis a couple of years ago with friends. We all enjoyed it so much, one friend sent coffee to everyone for birthdays that year. I have been ordering from them ever since - the coffee is fresh, and seriously consistently good. Highly recommend their coffee, and they also happen to have great customer service! =)
